Registrations to our meeting are now closed.

All Application Forms received from January 1st, 2024 onward will go automatically to the Waiting List.

Cancellation refund is 50% as of January 15th until and including February 29th, 2024. No refund as of March 1st, 2024.

Important to be accepted: All the applications arriving without the application fee and photo of the car will not be accepted.

Application fee includes
3 nights accommodation & breakfast in 5 star hotel + All meals during 4 days of the event , cocktails, visits and wine tasting + Official Event Polo shirt + Participation medal.
